The Woods Lodge is proud to host Green Mountain Beer Institute’s first Beer Pairing Dinner, featuring Bent Hill Brewery of Braintree, Vermont.
The evening will consist of a four-course meal, each course paired with a beer selection from the brewery. You’ll also get an opportunity to speak with Bent Hill owner, Michael Czok, and enjoy live music.
The cost is $45 per person, and includes:
Appetizer: Vermont cheese and meat plate, accompanied by Bent Hill Dry Hopped Blood Orange Gose (10oz)
Salad: Butter lettuce with a honey-mustard vinaigrette and a glass of Single Hop Dr. Rudi IPA (10oz)
Entree: Organic, grass-fed beef cassoulet (or vegetarian option) paired with Maple Red Ale (10oz)
Dessert: Custard tart with sliced apples, and the Smoked Sea Salt Caramel Coconut Porter (6oz)
